More Uptime is providing general warranty support to a portion of the fleet built by Eldorado National, California, as well as performing 4 different campaigns on the the same fleet of 554 buses.

NYCTA - March 2024-June 2024
More Uptime inspected over 1,100 buses with serialized fire suppression equipment, and upon discovery of equipment with affected serial numbers, replaced parts with new and recorded new equipment serial numbers. 

NYCTA - June 2023-June 2024
At customer direction, More Uptime responded with full-time contract technicians onsite at various NYCTA depots to assist client's field service team with warranty repair response. These activities include responding to OOS buses, diagnoses, major component replacement covered under warranty, and the execution of multiple warranty campaigns with well over 1,000 buses serviced to meet client's specification and help NYCTA meet daily rollout requirements.

NYCTA - April 2023-June 2023
More Uptime provided a fully managed response to an emergency warranty campaign that included hiring and training 11 temporary contract technicians, performing over 2000 hours of labor, the majority of those aloft, while maintaining a perfect safety record. Techs responded to emergency OOS event for client, bringing 30 buses back online in the first few days, as well as a lockout/tagout campaign to prevent further damage to client's electrical equipment, saving client hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment losses, labor costs and liquidated damages, after more than 50 buses were placed OOS. Over the course of approximately 60 days techs repaired existing equipment and installed upgrades to accessory HV equipment on 191 buses. Electrical work included splicing, soldering, waterproofing, electrical suppression equipment installation, 12 and 24 VDC, and 400 VAC wiring, CAN splicing, diagnostic software usage, equipment inspection and the creation of a systematic leak detection reporting program to help client address factory quality issues, project and inventory management services and the implementation of a multi-level quality control program to account for errors in workmanship.. 

NYCTA - June 2022-April 2023
Managed 5 warranty campaigns touching over 700 vehicles. Campaigns included fuse box and wiring terminal upgrades, controller cleaning and reprogramming, wiring terminal box waterproofing, wiring terminal replacement, and motor mount inspection and replacement. 

Thermal Protection Services - June 2018-June 2019
Acting as Sales Consultant, created a sales program from scratch and began selling parts to support a leading fire protection equipment manufacturer's North American bus business as the sole authorized parts and service dealer in North America. Took sales from $50,000 per month to $150,000 per month through marketing and bid response activities. Coordinated with industry partners to have more than 1,000 expired fire extinguisher bottles across North America inspected, hydrostatically tested and recertified for another 6 years of service, making the US transit bus fleet safer. Ordered parts and provided guidance to client so they could better plan their supply chain activities. Created and presented monthly reports detailing sales, projected sales, prospective customers and all of company's warranty support activities. 


Vehicle Technical Consultants - February 2012-June 2019
As Senior Consulting Analyst, managed intake of data and reporting on dozens of turnover, quarterly, and annual inspections, for both public and private organizations. 
Foothill Transit 
Performed quarterly fleet inspections, including inspecting vehicles using Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) criteria, identifying and recording OOS defects to ensure fleet safety, and auditing of fleet maintenance records.
Denver RTD 
Performed quarterly fleet inspections and audited fleet maintenance records from six different bus depots and five fleet maintenance contractors, including one paratransit provider. Identified OOS defects and re-inspected repairs for sign-off after completion by contractor. Compiled inspection data into report and tracked contractor performance from quarter to quarter. Provided client with performance evaluation of each property, comparing and contrasting previous quarterly inspections and audits. Provided both printed and digital copies of each report to client as required by RFP. 
RTCSNV
Performed quarterly and turnover inspections and audited fleet maintenance records from three different bus depots and contractors. Collected and managed submission of oil analysis samples, including samples from inspected vehicles' engine oil, transmission and differential fluid, coolant reservoir, and maintenance shop new oil, transmission fluid and coolant storage for both quality and benchmarking. Using client database, ran reports to audit maintenance contractors for preventative maintenance on-time performance, performed repeat work analysis, and looked for correlation between defects found during inspection and road calls. Audited maintenance contractors for staffing, including meeting staffing levels required by RFP and recommended changes based on overall shop performance. Provided training recommendations based on OOS defects, road calls, and repeat work found in during maintenance record audit. Presented findings to client maintenance management team.
Arizona State University 
Performed quarterly inspections on contracted operations and maintenance provider and reported findings to transportation management team. Performed a thermal event investigation and provided client with a report that was later used as the basis to terminate contract with the contractor based on a negligent finding.  
Facebook, Apple, LinkedIn, and Google
Performed quarterly inspections for all four clients and audited the fleet maintenance records of their contracted operations and maintenance providers. Compiled and analyzed data gathered during inspections and audits into reports for executive transportation team at these companies. Made recommendations consistent with inspection and audit findings for contractors to follow and followed up with contractors to ensure performance improved.
